Burkholder’s Heating and Air Conditioning recently earned the distinction of Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer. Factory endorsement by the Carrier Corporation is gained through rigorous training, performance evaluations and achievements of strict national standards. In accordance with the rigid criteria set forth by Carrier, Burkholder’s Heating and Air Conditioning is now licensed as a trusted and capable resource for installation and maintenance of residential Carrier brand equipment.

In order to earn Carrier factory authorization, Burkholder’s employees were required to receive expert training at Carrier University. The training program affords sales and service representatives with insight into accurate HVAC issue diagnosis and efficient, effective solutions for the various needs of homeowners. Carrier also requires that authorized dealers employ NATE-certified installers and technicians, which is the case at Burkholder’s Heating and Air Conditioning.

According to Carrier, only NATE-certified technicians are guaranteed to possess current, comprehensive technical competency. The Carrier Corporation works to advance the knowledge of technicians at certified dealers even beyond NATE-certification by providing them with ongoing training on the latest technologies and products.
