Burkholder's Heating & Air Conditioning designed and built the HVAC system for a new 25,000 SF three-story Medical Office Building fully fitted out for medical office space, exam rooms, outpatient surgery center, and X-ray rooms.

There are four VRV heat recovery systems in this building with 68 tons in total.
