Fulton Bank is located in downtown Easton on Northampton St., one block off of Centre Square, a local historic site, and "The Heart of Downtown Easton." This repair and replacement project required a lot of logistics and coordination between Burkholder's HVAC, the building owner, Fulton Bank, and the city of Easton because of the location of the building. The street next to the bank had to be closed off for the day to set up the crane lift and equipment.

The building had several trees in front of it which required special manoeuvering with the crane to safely remove and replace the rooftop units.

The equipment that was replaced included two Seasons 4 custom packaged rooftop units that were 16 tons and 20 tons of cooling, gas-fired with 350,000 BTU heating each. The units weighed 5,500lbs and were 23' long.
